Learn how to use various printmaking techniques to make your mark! Printmaking is the process of preparing art on a surface that will then be transferred to paper or fabric using ink. This medium can be a tool to create multiple copies of images on paper, design posters for spreading messages, or personalizing items using fabric.

Youth will be introduced to three different printmaking approaches: water soluble screenprinting, relief printing, and collagraph.

Create unique marks, textures, and imagery to express yourself.

Accessibility: Previous printmaking experience not required. Fine motor skills will be used during the printing processes. Participants often stand for the step when actively printing, remaining time can be spent seated at a table. Please let us know if you have any other questions or requests around accessibility.

Masking is required for all ages in the studio, additional adult-sized masks will be available.

If you would like to request a community-funded seat to support in covering the cost of this class, please email us at curiositystudioclass@gmail.com.
